Dealer & community platforms

Dealer, partner and community platforms: turn the people around your business into a channel you can see

We build platforms for manufacturers and brands whose sales depend on other people — dealers, installers, franchisees, owners who recommend you. The platform gives them a catalogue, ordering, leads and answers; it gives you the data on who actually sells and what buyers ask. A building-materials brand connected 6,000 installation crews and 1,500 shops on one platform, now at 30,000+ visits a month.

Your week

If this is your week

  • Your dealers order by phone and WhatsApp, and every order is re-typed.

  • The catalogue is a PDF. Three versions of it are in circulation.

  • You have an owners’ group on Facebook with thousands of members. It lives its own life; nothing from it reaches your website.

  • Leads come to head office and are forwarded to dealers by email. Nobody knows what happened next.

  • Content is not written because nobody has the time, and the brochure nobody trusts.

The system

What we build

  • A dealer or installer portal: catalogue, prices per partner, ordering, order status, documents.
  • A configurator for products with variants, so a dealer quotes without calling you.
  • Lead routing: a request on your site reaches the right dealer, and you see whether it was answered.
  • A knowledge base built from real questions — support tickets, group messages, sales calls — written into articles that buyers and search engines trust.
  • A marketplace or member platform when the network is a consortium, an association or a franchise.
  • Analytics on the network: who orders, who recommends, who has gone quiet.

Process

How it works

  1. 01

Research, not design: two weeks of talking to your dealers and reading what your owners already say.

  2. 02

Pilot: one region or one product line on the portal, 3–4 weeks.

  3. 03

Build: the full network, with data flowing to your ERP.

  4. 04

Running: catalogue and prices current, new partners onboarded, content produced from the questions the network asks.

Proof

Two real ones

  • Building-materials brand

6,000top installation professionals on the platform (first-phase target)

Three audiences that had never been introduced — installation crews, shops and the brand — on one platform: 6,000 crews, 1,500 shops, 30,000+ visits a month.

  • Equipment brand with an owners’ community

57,494community messages analysed, from 383 owners

57,494 messages from owners, read and structured into 60 articles that answer what buyers ask before they buy; the community became the brand’s source of trust and search traffic.

Ready core

Why weeks, not months

The portal core — accounts, roles, catalogue, ordering, statuses, lead routing — is built. Your part is the catalogue, the partner rules and the connection to your systems.

After launch

What we keep running

Catalogue and prices updated. Partners added and removed. The ERP connection watched. Content written from the network’s questions at an agreed monthly volume. Support for your partners, so your staff are not the help desk.

Limits

When this is not for you

  • If you have five dealers and know them by first name, a shared spreadsheet and a phone work.
  • If you sell only direct, look at Quoting & orders instead.
  • If you want a social network, we are not the right people.

Pricing

How pricing works

Three parts, always.

  1. 01

A pilot with a fixed price

One pain, 3–4 weeks, a result you can measure.

  2. 02

A build with a fixed estimate

Which can be spread over 6–12 months.

  3. 03

A monthly fee that keeps the system running

Hosting, current prices and catalogues, working integrations, support, small changes.

Numbers come after the first call, in writing. More on pricing in the FAQ

Questions

Questions about this

  • Do dealers actually use portals?

They use them when ordering there is faster than calling. That is why the pilot starts with the ordering flow, not the design.

  • Can it connect to our ERP so orders are not re-typed?

Yes, if the ERP has an API or an export; see Data & integrations.

  • Who writes the content?

We do, from your network’s real questions, at a monthly volume we agree. You approve; we publish.

  • Is our dealer data safe from other clients?

Each client runs on its own instance in the EU. Nothing is shared.
