The text, case studies, figures and design on this site are provided for information. Case-study numbers are the clients’ own and, where marked as targets, are first-phase goals rather than confirmed results. Nothing here is a binding offer or a guarantee of a specific outcome for your project.

The Thnkers name, wordmark and the content of this site are ours or our clients’, and are used with permission where relevant. Client logos remain the property of their respective owners and are shown as social proof, not as an endorsement of this site’s terms. Please don’t reproduce our content without asking.
Enquiries and confidentiality
Information you send through the enquiry form is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Please don’t send confidential material through the form before we’ve agreed how to handle it — email us at will@thnkers.com first and we’ll set up an appropriate channel.
Liability
We keep the site accurate but can’t warrant that it is complete or error-free at every moment, and we’re not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of information here, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited. Any engagement between us is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to them falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy. If you use the site as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence or of your right to bring proceedings before the courts there.
