More sales

The same request. Very different answers.

Every second client comes with this sentence. For one of them the answer is a content strategy, and we can draft it in an afternoon. For another it's a platform with a loyalty programme, a CRM, a content engine and a business model that pays for itself. Both asked for more sales. Neither knew which one they needed. That's what the research is for.

What it usually looks like

  • The website says what you make. Buyers want to know what it's like to own it.
  • Your dealers sell from a PDF that's a year old.
  • The app is a website pressed into a smaller screen, and mobile visitors leave before they buy.
  • Marketing produces content nobody trusts, and the numbers show it.

What we do instead of the obvious answer

We start with your buyers, not your website. Who they are, what they ask before they call, whom they believe. Then we build the thing that answers them. Sometimes that's content. Sometimes it's a storefront or an app. Sometimes it's a community turned into a knowledge base no competitor can copy, because no competitor has the same community.

An hour or a day

How fast do you answer a new enquiry?
  1. Within an hour
  2. After an hour
  3. After a day

Answer within an hour and you are nearly seven times more likely to reach the decision-maker than an hour later, and more than sixty times more likely than after a day.

Within an hour: 37% of companies. Within a day: 16%. Later: 24%. Never: 23%. Which group are you in?

Research and a written proposal after the first call. A content or campaign pilot in days. A storefront, an app or a platform in three to six weeks.

Questions

Do you do advertising?
Yes, when the research says it will pay. Search, social, YouTube and programmatic were part of the Knauf Insulation launch. We don't sell media on its own.
Can you just write our content?
We can. But we'll ask who reads it first, and what they need to know before they buy.
Someone already runs our social media.
Keep them. We usually work on what sits underneath: what buyers need to hear, and where they look for it.

Tell us what's missing.

Thirty minutes. You describe the pain and the result you want. We ask questions. If we can help, you get one email with what we found, what we'd build and what it costs. If we can't, we'll say so.
