Legal
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Thnkers collects when you use this website or contact us, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it short and specific, because a privacy policy nobody can read protects nobody.
Who we are
Thnkers is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For any question about your data, or to exercise the rights described below, reach us through the contact form.
What we collect and why
Contact and enquiry forms: the name, company, work email, budget range and project details you submit. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage the engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Waitlist and newsletter: the email address you provide, used to send the updates you asked for. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Analytics: aggregate, non-identifying usage data — only if you accept analytics cookies (see the Cookie Policy). We do not build advertising profiles.
Who processes it
We use a small set of processors to run the site and our operations — hosting, a CRM for enquiries, and an email platform for the newsletter and waitlist. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and may only use your data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
Some processors may be located outside the EU/EEA. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and, where a relationship follows, for the life of that engagement plus the period required by law. Waitlist and newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data from our CRM at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
To exercise any of these, use the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the site after an update means the current version applies.
