Data & integrations

Data and integrations for companies of 30–250 people: one picture of the business instead of four that do not add up

We connect the systems a company already has — ERP, CRM, warehouse, e-commerce, portals and the spreadsheets between them — so data is entered once and the director sees one set of numbers. We do not replace your ERP. We build the gateways, the dashboard and the AI agents at the joints, and then we keep the gateways working as each system updates.

Updated

Your week

If this is your week

  • The same order is typed into the ERP, the CRM and a spreadsheet.

  • The monthly report takes three days and two people, and nobody trusts it.

  • The last integration was built by a contractor who has since disappeared.

  • Your customers’ portals do not talk to your systems, so someone copies by hand.

  • You bought a company, and now there are two ERPs.

The system

What we build

  • An audit of what talks to what, on one page, before anything is built.
  • Gateways between your systems: two-way where needed, one-way where safer.
  • A data layer on top, so reports come from one place.
  • Dashboards for the director and the department heads — the numbers you actually ask for.
  • AI agents at the joints: matching documents, reconciling deliveries, drafting the weekly summary.
  • Monitoring, so a broken gateway is found by us, not by an angry customer.

Process

How it works

  1. 01

Audit: one to two weeks, read-only access, a map of your systems and a list of what is typed twice.

  2. 02

Pilot: one gateway or one dashboard that removes the most painful manual step, 3–4 weeks.

  3. 03

    Build: the remaining connections.

  4. 04

Running: every gateway watched, fixed when a system updates, extended when you add a tool.

Ready core

Why weeks, not months

Most gateways are built from the same parts: authentication, mapping, scheduling, error handling, logging. Those are done. What is specific is your field mapping and your business rules.

After launch

What we keep running

Gateways monitored around the clock and repaired after updates on either side. Dashboards adjusted as your questions change. New systems connected. A monthly note on what broke, what we fixed and what to watch.

Limits

When this is not for you

  • If you are about to replace your ERP, do that first and integrate after.
  • If one system holds everything and nothing else exists, you do not need us yet.

Pricing

How pricing works

Three parts, always.

  1. 01

A pilot with a fixed price

One pain, 3–4 weeks, a result you can measure.

  2. 02

A build with a fixed estimate

Which can be spread over 6–12 months.

  3. 03

A monthly fee that keeps the system running

Hosting, current prices and catalogues, working integrations, support, small changes.

Numbers come after the first call, in writing. More on pricing in the FAQ

Questions

Questions about this

  • Which systems can you connect?

Anything with an API, a database or a scheduled export. We have worked with client CRMs through data export and with custom databases; on the call we ask exactly what you run.

  • Do you need admin access to our ERP?

For the audit, read-only. For the build, a technical user with the minimum rights the gateway needs. Access is written into the contract and the data-processing agreement.

  • What happens when our ERP vendor releases an update?

The gateway is monitored; if the update breaks something, we fix it under the monthly plan. That is the main reason the plan exists.

  • Where does the data layer live?

On your own instance in the EU, or on your server if you prefer.
